SWOT and PEST Analysis

Some of my share of the group task is to perform a SWOT & PEST analysis on both our own prospective design studio, as well as our direct competitors. This will help us to identify key problems or issues we may face when setting up and will ultimately help to 'waterproof' our business plan and model. PEST analysis could be useful to complete before SWOT analysis because PEST helps to identify SWOT factors. PEST and SWOT are two different perspectives but can contain common factors.

Above are typical PEST and SWOT templates listing key criteria that I can analyse our business and our competitors against.
